HD to RCA
This is the item I bought it to connect with my flat screen tv to vcr and dvd player. I tried directly with the rca to rca from tv to vcr or the dvd player but it doesn't shows any thing on the tv screen. Than I bought this item but it also not showing any thing on the tv.

The device that you purchased is a unidirectional HDMI in to RCA out, meaning that it will only take HDMI as an input, not output to HDMI.

tv has rca connectors too but still it dont shows anything.
The device you purchased does not convert digital (HDMI) signals to analog (RCA). Reading the description of the item, you need an additional signal converter.
