I opened a yahoo account just yesterday and it will not let me access it.  I recorded my password so as not to forget it  and kept entering it but said it was incorrect.  I tried all of the help suggestions and now am locked out.  I tried opening a new account and it will not let me do that either.  It says I cannot do anything with my account on line.  Please help

Hello,

My advice is to contact Yahoo first : https://help.yahoo.com/kb/helpcentral

They will be able to answer and tell you what's wrong with your account and give you a process to retrieve it.

Let me know !
