Hi Experts

Could you explain and possibly point a solution to an Outlook 2007 issue.
Every time it starts after some tries to start a Complete repair is needed.

After used It is always correctly closed and Windows 7, also.

I frequently use CCleaner to correct registry, etc.

Thanks in advance

Try the following:

Close Outlook, make a secure copy of your PST file (mail file), open Control Panel, Mail, and delete the Outlook Profile. This deletes the Outlook email account..

Open Outlook, make a new Account, point it to your PST file and then test.

Does this work?

If no, make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Windows Account). Log into the new Windows Account, set up Outlook and test.

Does the new Windows Profile work?
