Excel Vlookup to move data back to source.
Can Vlookup be used to display a value from another sheet then also update source when you input into that vlookup cell/?
I have a simple dummy file that spells everything out.
The drop down pulls in the operator name, then the vlookups in the small tables display the data from the main sheet. (I know I could probably could use a Pivot Table, but I am better with simple VLookup than Pivots)
Inside each table I would love to be able to input data and it would update the main data sheet with a push of the "update button".
A confirmation "Yes/No" prompt should be used if possible.
Thanks so much.

You will of course need to tweak it if you add more categories. If you pay attention to the loops and ranges being copied, you will certainly get an idea about the algorithm used in the code and will be easy for you to tweak it then.

Works great, Awesome work.
Curious, in the Dash, seems like I have to fight to get the cursor to move.
It's like it gets stuck.
Oh... And how hard is it to add another category to the bottom, would it be something that I could do in the future? I don't need it right now. but perhaps in the future.
Thanks so much.
