WordPress calendar plugin

I would like a booking calendar plugin that is as easy to navigate as possible. It should work similar to an Outlook calendar. When you go to the month, if you click on a day that isn't highlighted, it should allow you to just write down your name and number of attendants. If you get to the calendar and it's already highlighted, it should allow the user to click on it and read what's written and allow them to add notes.

For instance, let's say I pick a day in October and it's already been highlighted. I click on it and I see my friend Andrew Smith has his name on it and the number of attendants in his group is only two (because that's what he wrote down). I could then click on it and add my name and say two additional attendants (a friend and myself).

Then the next guy might look at it and see it's been highlighted and he clicks on it and reads that Andrew is attending with two people and I am attending with two people, so he'll decline to attend on this date.

Also, if we can add a public blog that people can write notes related to their appointments, that would be helpful.

This expert suggested creating a Gigs project.
Sounds like you need to write your own plugin - I doubt you will find one to meet your requirements.
