I have a laptop docked to a docking station and it connects to two external displays. I have turned off the laptop display and am using the two external ones.<br />

When I start a PPT presentation in presentation mode, one of the external displays disconnects and the laptop display turns on.<br />
<br />
It stays this way even after the presentation mode is ended.<br />

The Slidesshow monitor setting is set to Automatic, and use Presenter View is checked.
