Cylinder Head Right or Left

Can you please tell me just by looking at it if its a right side or for the left side?

According to this article below, Ford stamps RF on the casting, but I cannot see that in your screen shots. Do you have other pictures.

My vehicle issue was cylinder 2 and I need to change the whole piece. So just want to make sure that cylinder 2 is on the right side or the driver side.

Quote (and I knew) "The right and left sides of an automobile or the engine are determined facing forward from rear of car or as from the point of view of being seated inside the car, facing the front (ie, from the driver's seat). Passenger side = Right side (We drive on the Right side of the road."  

So the head above is on the passengers side.
