1         Robert                       P                A                  P                 P                   A                                                   3                                   2
2         Oliver                        A                P                  P                  P                   P                                                   4                                   1
3         Jacky                          P                P                   P                 P                  P                                                    5                                   0

This is poor data structure.  Better would be to have a table for Attendance like this:

Attendance:
AttendanceID, AutoNumber
StudentID, Long Integer -- foreign key to Students (table with Student information)
ClassDate, date/time
AttStatus, text -- Attendance Status (A=Absent, P=Present)
