vmware space increase in storage

Dear sir,
we have created only one .vmdk but after some time its showing multiple herewith attached sheet for cheeck.
need to help which one is live and which one can deleted so that we can utilized space.

HOW TO: VMware Snapshots :- Be Patient

I can work with you to resolve this issue.

Can you look at the VM Settings, and Virtual Disk properties, and take a screenshot and upload here, and I can continue to work with you to resolve this issue.
