HI expert,

how do i connect to user session vdi in vcenter web , i logged on vcenter\web and launched console /  vmrc , if i launch "console "or "vmrc" on non-active user's session then it showed desktop fine , but if i wanted connect to user vdi desktop during user on it then it showed "dark screen". i just wanted to connecting to same desktop user on it so i can troubleshoot just liked temview , logmein etc....

The ability to "shadow" a session has one of the most requested features of Horizon, you have got two options, you can use the VMware Fling here - Horizon Toolbox 2.

the horizon tool-2 worked just fine after tested out today.
