how do i connect to user session vdi in vcenter web , i logged on vcenter\web and launched console / &nbsp;vmrc , if i launch &quot;console &quot;or &quot;vmrc&quot; on non-active user's session then it showed desktop fine , but if i wanted connect to user vdi desktop during user on it then it showed &quot;dark screen&quot;. i just wanted to connecting to same desktop user on it so i can troubleshoot just liked temview , logmein etc....<br />

how do i connect to user session vdi in vcenter web , i logged on vcenter\web and launched console /  vmrc , if i launch "console "or "vmrc" on non-active user's session then it showed desktop fine , but if i wanted connect to user vdi desktop during user on it then it showed "dark screen". i just wanted to connecting to same desktop user on it so i can troubleshoot just liked temview , logmein etc....
