HxTsr.exe consuming resources

I can see that this process (HxTsr.exe) keeps firing up. What is it, what does it do and how do i stop it?

I am running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 on Windows 10

A simple Google search on "HxTsr.exe" gives lots of links for resolution of issues with this executable file, initial reading of the headline entries makes it look like a Malware executable but further investigation shows that it is being reported by Anti-MalWare when it shouldn't be, they refer to it as a "False-Positive".

It is contrary to EE rules to post blind links but here is a link on MS Community website:
