Weird MAC Flapping seen on wireless

I am seeing some weird MAC flapping being reported by my cisco switches.  When looking at a MAC table it would shows the same MAC on two different VLANs.

Any ideas

Do you know if the MAC flapping will cause any performance issues?  I am seeing alot of logging
