Is there anyplace to download the latest build of Windows 10? (1607)

Is that the latest version of Windows 10?? The number is greater than what I see on systems I have not yet run:
 wushowhide.diagcab      

on. This program was supposed to allow the disabling of a bad driver update so it did not stupidly repeat itself with an error status over and over again!!!

In fact all my other Windows 10 machines show Windows 10 cumulative update version 1511 for x64 based systems
yet after running  wushowhide.diagcab    suddenly I start seeing Anniversary Update?? What the heck is that and how does it differ from "cumulative update version 1511 for x64 based systems" ??

As you can see at the above link, 1511 is the version right before 1607 (aka Anniversary Update). Regards, Joe
