sharepoint online

I have created some documents on SharePoint online and I created unlicensed user name for client login.  Versioning shows option to restore to previous version and check in and check out has comment section, but I do not see any option about viewing the changes made by client user account in details. Kind of like revision in earlier version, but something more simple for client than revision.

I have excel workbook with lots of sheets and I am tying to make simple for client to make changes without going through technical rigmarole but I should still be able to see all changes he/she makes to different sheets and rows, without comparing each sheet of previous version and the comment by would not be description, if there are lot of changes in multiple sheets.

Excel versioning does not work as you describe in any form, be it stored on SharePoint or on your desktop.

Good luck...

"not the solution. only a statement"

If you want to do the impossible there is no solution. This site offers answers and solutions, not magic potions or magic spells...

Good luck...
