Excel Copy Data from Primary Cell, then Secondary Cell if the Primary Cell is Blank.

I want to copy data from one cell using a formula.  However if that cell is blank then I want it to select a secondary cell to copy

Primary Data Column being copied from is in Column E
Secondary Data Column that I want to select is in Column C

New Data is in Column A
