Good Morning,

I have installed Android x86 on Quanmax MAXDATA-qute 1000, after that, I installed Xibo client and tested RTSP stream. But it did'nt work.

I also tested RTSP stream on Android phone, and it run well.

So, Android x86 platform doesn't support or any reason. If possible, how can I fix it.

Thanks!

No, you cannot fix it.

If you are using x64 server, you must use 64  bit client and vice versa.

Quanmax MAXDATA qute-1000 can only supports 32 bit... there is no fix.

The only way is to setup a new x86 server if you really want to use Quanmax MAXDATA qute-1000.

Hi,

I tested my xibo cms server with uname -m, it show i686 platform (mean 32bit). And I also use 32bit on xibo Client. So I think it's not relate with 32bit or 64bit.

Do you think about some difference between android platform on SmartPhone and on PC (run x86 platform) ?

Do you mean that you can install xibo client app and it run well?

What is the spec of your android phone?

The xibo forum only says that it is better to use the recommended hardware.

The specification of your Quanmax MAXDATA-qute 1000 is as follows?

-Intel Atom Atom N270
-Hardisk 160 gb
-DDR II SODIMM 1 GB
-1xw-lan
-1xDVI-Port,
-1xGbE,
-1xe-Sata,
-4xUsb Port

If yes, can you increase the memory to 2GB?

When I compare your android box with the recommended device, it seems to me that your android box is just not compatible to run Xibo client.

You can install the app does not mean that you can run the app with no problem.

ASUS phone, Vivas, HTC..

Most android phones today have at least 2GB memory.

Besides, I do not see that your android box has a GPU while most android phones have GPU inside to handle graphic,
