The problem is obviously with outlook connectivity maybe connecting to the CAS. &nbsp;<br />
In the bottom right of your taskbar click the up arrow to show your hidden icons.<br />
Hold the ctrl and right-click your outlook icon first click test email autoconfiguration to see if your settings in there are off, &nbsp;then go back and click connection status

Migrated from exchange 2003 to 2016. Can access accounts via webmail however when trying to connect via outlook 2013 from a windows 10 box I receive "The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must online or connect to complete this action."
