.htacess file 301 redirects that are strange

Hi All

I have these 3 re-directs with junk in them and putting quotes around them does not work. Please advise? The website home URL is https://www.hcalawyers.com.au/

Redirect 301 /henry-carus-2/?utm_source=yourlifechoices&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=yourlifechoices-email-art06 /people/henry-carus/
Redirect 301 /henry-carus-2/?utm_source=yourlifechoices&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=yourlifechoices-email-art01 /people/henry-carus/
Redirect 301 /numbers-don%e2%80%99t-lie-31-stats-show-that-australians-are-right-to-be-driving-on-left-infographic/ /blog/numbers-dont-lie-31-stats-show-that-australians-are-right-to-be-driving-on-left-infographic/

TIA

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

My question is how do I get these 3 redirects to work in the .htaccess file?

1.Redirect 301 /henry-carus-2/?utm_source=yourlifechoices&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=yourlifechoices-email-art06 /people/henry-carus/
2.Redirect 301 /henry-carus-2/?utm_source=yourlifechoices&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=yourlifechoices-email-art01 /people/henry-carus/
3.Redirect 301 /numbers-don%e2%80%99t-lie-31-stats-show-that-australians-are-right-to-be-driving-on-left-infographic/ /blog/numbers-dont-lie-31-stats-show-that-australians-are-right-to-be-driving-on-left-infographic/

For (1) and (2), the Redirect directive does not handle query string manipulation.  For your purposes, you will need to use mod_rewrite.

For (3), verify the redirect trigger URL is exactly what the server is receiving.  Also, verify the target URL is accessible.  What do you see in your error/access logs when that redirect is triggered?
