Specify ip address in my connection string for sas

I have the below connection string, but it is failing to see the ip address.

Help

 sasb = New OleDbConnection("Provider=sas.LocalProvider; Data Source=\\10.156.62.49\aa_old\Uganda_old\data") : sasb.Open()

I  changed \\10.156.62.49\aa_old\Uganda_old\data

to

'\\10.156.62.49\aa_old\Uganda_old\data'

and it worked

 sasb = New OleDbConnection("Provider=sas.LocalProvider; Data ource='\\10.156.62.49\aa_old\Uganda_old\data'") : sasb.Open()
