Send on behalf item is recieved as send as? Outlook 2010/Exchange 2013

User A can send an email on behalf of user B. Sent item shows from User B on behalf of user A  as expected.

BUT, recipient sees email just as from User B which is not what I expected. i.e. Recpient is not shown that this is a send on behalf of.

Some users this does work for though but I cant work out why?

As with your question regarding this issue in a slightly different way, check those two situation (where one receives send as, the other send on behalf of), check the Outlook of the sender, see if there's a difference in their account setup.

Situation A:
User A as Exchange account
User B as Exchange account

Situation B:
User A as Exchange account (User B as an extra mailbox linked here)

If you see this in a consistent matter, you'll know why (Sit.A, send as, Sit B, send on behalf of)

Ah Works when you add user B as an additional mailbox. 1st way it does not work as expected.

It all confuses me.
