Exchange server 2013 CU13 installation failure

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to update the Exchange server 2013 with CU13 on one of my mailbox server ,when i tried installing i get the below error.

I ignored the error and continued the installation then i get the below error.

I have been having issues with CU13 as well.  At this point I wouldn't proceed with that installation.

try to do it on EMS shell.

Setup.exe /Mode:Upgrade /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms

I agree with Mre Martin to run the setup command he stated, however you can't run that command in the Exchange Management Shell.  Instead run it from an elevated command prompt.  I've had more success installing Exchange using the unattended method than I ever had using the GUI through double-clicking setup.exe.

got this resolved after opening a ticket with Microsoft,the engineer from Microsoft deleted some water marks from regedit ,which was the  cause,for the issue.
