User Can Access Xenapp 4.5 but not 7.6

My employer has a Citrix environment with two separate farms but are essentially the same farm just one environment is newer than the other. The first farm is an older 4.5 farm and the other is a newer XenApp 7.6 farm. I have a user who can login to the 4.5 farm but cannot login to the 7.6 farm. Other than AD permissions, are there any other conditions that must be met in Citrix in order for a user to be able to access a Citrix farm? Sorry in advance, I'm not a Citrix expert.
