User Can Access Xenapp 4.5 but not 7.6

My employer has a Citrix environment with two separate farms but are essentially the same farm just one environment is newer than the other. The first farm is an older 4.5 farm and the other is a newer XenApp 7.6 farm. I have a user who can login to the 4.5 farm but cannot login to the 7.6 farm. Other than AD permissions, are there any other conditions that must be met in Citrix in order for a user to be able to access a Citrix farm? Sorry in advance, I'm not a Citrix expert.

I figured out the solution!

Very strange bug here. If you have any insight or input on this please share because I'd be very interested to hear what you have to say.

So it turns out, for whatever reason, having the user's AD account set to "Change password on next login" was preventing the user from being able to access the Xenapp 7.6 but not the 4.5 farm. I don't get it but it did the trick.

They need to be granted access to the Delivery Groups and the applications within them in the 7.x farm.

Make sure you have published app to user group??

After unchecking the "Change password upon next login", the user was able to login to the XenApp 7.6 farm
