O365 calendar seems to be in Central Time, we're Pacific Time

When scheduling a meeting the team members that are invited, the request appears to be 2 hours off. We are PST and it looks like the time for those are invited is in Central time.
I can see where the time zones are set both in Outlook 2016 and on the O365 site. I can't find where i can set that globally on the O365 Admin site.

Time zone is generally set on individual mailboxes the first time users log in to OWA. Most likely someone picked the wrong time zone and didn't realize it. Todd's link gives information on how to set mailbox time zones administratively through powershell and should resolve the problem for you.
