SBS 2011 Cancel Update in Progress

I would like to cancel an "Update in Progress" that was accidentally deployed.  

The update is Skype for Business server 2015, smartsetup (KB3061064)

Is it actually in the process of installing on the server, or just showing in the console as in Progress?

It has been authorized for deployment. It has not been installed on the PCs. It has not deployed in 3 weeks. The PCs are not seeing the deployment or have updated it. I want to remove it from the servers update cycle. Just gives me 9 errors on the updates page. All of the previous deployments have gone through with no issues.
Just progress in the console. I'd rather not just ignore it as it impacts all PCs in the system and the owner gets a copy of the report and continually asks about it.
you should be able to go into the WSUS Console on the server and decline the update and it should disappear from the console in 24 hours
Tried that but it doesn't give that option.

I think I'm just missing something easy.
