Exchange 2013 - Journaling Broken

We migrated to new Exchange Server and Journaling was not activated.

We have 4 months where only incoming and outgoing mail was captured in Mimecast - the archiving tool we use. I would like to run a query and search for all emails still in Exchange DB between May and present that were sent internally only (no To, CC, BCC outside the organisation.)

Is a query like this possible?

the answer is NO.
you only can select email between May til now, and export to PST.

What Mimecast do usually is they know they seen the email before (messageID) hence will not duplicate the email.

Of course, there is a  cost of ingesting to MImecast.
