Hello,
Hoe do I handle this error in the vb.net cde.

How can I set transaction priority to normal in the query.

Transaction (Process ID 52) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

First you need to understand what's a deadlock and why it occurs.
After that you need to know how to detect and solve a deadlock for the RDBMS you're using.
With that said you can't set any priority. You need to identify the concurrent queries and work on them to avoid future deadlocks.
