Hi there, as mentioned in the title this all happened after the anniversary update.<br />

In the lower right hand on the task bar there is now a 'count' of pending notifications. If I press this button Windows Explorer stops responding and does not show the notifications, waiting does nothing. All I can do is restart Windows Explorer from the Task Manager.<br />

Also when a notification window pops up, usually an incoming email, if I select this nothing happens and the notification window stays until I restart Windows Explorer again.
