External Calendar sharing

Experts,

Bit of a fun brain-teaser this one;

My client is looking to employ some external telesales companies to generate sales appointment for their reps. The reps orgnaise their entire lives around their outlook calendars, linked to their mailbox on a hosted exchange 2013 platform. These people would be external to their exchange setup so you would have to publish the calendar. Which I am hesitant to do in the security sense.

The exchange is supplied by an external company. So we do not have immediate backend access, though we can request it.

Any and all ideas appreciated, thanks

depends on the context of publishing.

I will investigate whether sharing policy can help or not, then you can share only the free/busy information, and not the entire thing.

If it is not possible, I will ask whether their application can use applicationimpersonation rights instead.
