unable to connect to git in jenkins build

Hi all, I created a build and added my git connection info and ran. Although the build ran and pulled down my git repo, it did fail. When I restarted my server and attempted to re-run the build I got a dialog input my git credentials. When I put my credentials in I see an error saying that it can connect to the git server. And now I am unable to create a new build. Does anyone have any ideas what could have gone wrong? I am seeing this warning message in my log file:

09-Sep-2016 14:10:36.602 WARNING [Handling GET /jenkins/adjuncts/512ecfb9/org/kohsuke/stapler/bind.js from 127.0.0.1 : http-nio-8080-exec-9] org.apache.catalina.webresources.Cache.getResource Unable to add the resource at [/WEB-INF/classes/org/kohsuke/stapler/.adjunct] to the cache because there was insufficient free space available after evicting expired cache entries - consider increasing the maximum size of the cache

NPM have to be v1.4.x, you're v1.3.11. Install the official PPA if you don't want any problem.
Proxies should now be completely supported by Atom's package manager, apm, see here for more details: https://github.com/atom/apm#behind-a-firewall
