Need a nodal sequencing tool

I have 54 flashcards to sequence in a card game I am creating, where some cards have required information contained on a prior card. And some cards should follow multiple cards.

Is there any online tool, downloadable software, or way to configure Excel (or MS Office program) so I can input the prerequisites for each card and have the sequence of the cards flow from there?

Thanks

Hard to say without knowing the details of your cards, but Excel can do complex sorting on multiple columns.
But are there multiple permissible arrangements of your deck?  If so how many?

The sequence can be an order, but the first card would need to be one which has no pre-requisites. There will be multiple with no pre-requisites, so I would use my judgment there where I would stick them in.

I suppose Excel could be used. I don't expect to have more than two or three cards to be a pre-requisite. So I could just add three columns, one for each pre-req.

How do I automagically detect when a card is listed AHEAD of one or more of its pre-requisites?
