Cisco VOIP 7941

When I dial someone to call such as to 123-123-1234 the number dials someone else such as 123-444-4444. Is it a configuration issues and how do I correct it?

Also, how can I change the caller display to the correct number when someone is calling me? The display shows something like 2-234 or some foreign country like Barbados.

Thank you

What is the phone system this phone is running on?  Is it Cisco Unified Callmanager or Callmanager Express?  Is it some other SIP phone system?

So that is due to configuration in CUCM.  That could be from a translation pattern, route list, gateway settings, etc..  All kinds of places that can take place.  Do you manage your CUCM?

"Also, how can I change the caller display to the correct number when someone is calling me? The display shows something like 2-234 or some foreign country like Barbados."

So is this happening when someone internally is calling you or externally?
I don't handle or have access to CUCM. I found out that I can call anyone without issues, except one particular phone number that I receive a replay saying someone else number and no one answers.

Displays wrong only when I dial externally
