Hi Lucy;

I do not see anything wrong with that XML document. I also validated it in Visual Studio. Where are you getting these error messages in? if you can attach the XML file so we can have a look at it, it may have non printable characters in it or something else.

I dropped your web.config on my test server and find no issues.  Though I did delete all the white space at the end of each line.

Can you post additional detailed info?

We verified that the XML document is correct and not the problem.
