Outlook Anywhere & Active Sync Password Changes

Hey Experts, I have a group of users that are facing issues with their passwords expiring usually when they are out of the office. This means they have to call me to reset their passwords whilst they are out of the office. Their Outlook Anywhere, Outlook Web Access and Active Sync stops working when the password expires.

Does anyone else have this issue and what are current methods you are using to resolve

After pw has expired it's normal that no emails or outlook asks for pw when user did not log of ...
For the users outside (trafeling users or home ):
So the users can't change their password after it has been expired even not with OWA ?
did you enabled the option ChangeExpiredPasswordEnabled on the CAS-Servers ?

Hi,
well some more technical info would be helpful in order to help like short specs which infrasturcture you are using (Exchange Version, AD etc.)
What exactly do you mean with stop working ?

I am using Server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010 SP2. By "stop working" I mean users do not get emails to their phones and or Outlook starts prompting for the password
