You can also run command from exchange shell: <br />
Add-MailboxPermission -Identity &lt;username&gt; -User &lt;user_1&gt; -AccessRights FullAccess -AutoMapping:$false<br />

Do this for all 3 users (user_1, 2 and 3).<br />
