I need the formula for Excel that if one cell on sheet one is equal to one cell on sheet two, then insert a sheet two value into a cell on sheet one.

Example: If B2 (sheet1) is equal to C2(Sheet2) then insert C3(sheet 2) into B3(sheet1)
