I need the formula for Excel that if two cells on sheet one are equal to two cell on sheet two, then insert a sheet two value into a cell on sheet one.

Example: If B2 (sheet1) and B3(sheet1) are equal to C2(Sheet2)  and C3(sheet2) then insert C4(sheet 2) into B4(sheet1)
