DMARC setting for EMail server

Use our mail server with mxtool.com and it mentions that a DMARC record is missing.

What's that and how to set it up ?

There is nothing to set on your mail server.  It is a DNS entry.

Thx, How to setup SPF and DKIM ? I'm using Exchange 2010 server.

My DNS is hosted in Networksolution. I have maintained the records personally.

You will need to setup the DNS entries for SPF and DKIM on your DNS hosted in Networksolution.  
http://dkimcore.org/tools/keys.html
http://www.spfwizard.net/

Once that is done, your email gateway need to be configured to handle SPF and DKIM.
