Is the option, "Use Voting Buttons", available with Outlook Web Access?

I tested sending myself an email with the option, "Use Voting Button".  It works on my work computer connected to the network but it does not show up when I login to my Outlook Web Access.  We are on Exchange 2010.  Thanks for your help.
