I am getting this error while using the DISM command line for Silent Installation of MSMQ -HTTP support.<br />
When i try and activate this manually it works and there is no Error.<br />

Operation Completed by HTTP Feature not Enabled. Please Enable - host of IIS Features.(Screenshot attached)<br />
.net 3.5.1 and 4.5.2 are installed.<br />
