Is it possible to setup IIS on Window 2012 / Window 10 such that if the domain come from a predefine list, it will route to device A, otherwise, it will route to device B.

Thx

just clarify, do you mean to route the RETURN traffic from IIS to the client via selected gateway (device A or B) ? say if the incoming traffic is from another router (e.g. device C)?

can you please also advise why Email Servers and Email Protocols are also tagged for this question?

We want incoming emails from several domain will not be scanned through our antispam gateway and go to our Exchange directly while others will be scanned by it first.

if so why not simply change the specific domains' MX records directly pointed to the Exchange box? there is no thing to change on your site this way. only need to modify the MX records on the domains' external DNS server(s).

Incoming emails from internet may be coming from different domain, say abc.com, ghi.com, xyz.com,

Any email from abc.com will to directly to Exchange server. ghi.com and xyz.com will go to our antispam gateway before routing to Exchange.

I guess it can't be setup in our MX record to take care of outside mail domain (not belong to us).

if so, the incoming email traffic splitting should be BEST done by your antispam gateway.  the other approach is any content filtering capable router or gateway in front of the antispam gateway, if available.

what's the product name and model of your antispam gateway please?

according to IMSVA 9.0 Administrator's Guide downloaded from here., it can be done.

Step 2: Configuring Condition Settings
Approved and Blocked Senders
Messages from Approved Senders are able to bypass the Email Reputation service and antispam filters, while messages from Blocked Senders are prevented from reaching recipients.
Specifying an IP address will block or approve all messages from that IP address.

see page 9-9 for "Step 2: Specify Sender conditions screen".
