how to apply screen lockout policy in Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 environment ??

Should be just like normal.. You either apply your policy to the user's OU, or the VM's OU using Loopback policy processing..

I have applied the policy through GPO screen saver settings and time interval.. but somehow its not working.. any idea?

do you try to activate screensaver for foll desktop or published app?
don't work for published app.

Again.. where did you apply the policy to? it matters considerably.. and as Dirk pointed out, it would need to be for the published desktops, not a published vm app..

And did you turn on the loopback processing policy?
