windows server 2012 terminal server don't allow rdp

when i check the event viewer every time i try to connect i get this error msg.

the transaction log for database 'RDCms' is full due to 'CHECKPOINT'


please assist,

The SQL database that RDCB uses has filled its transaction log. This only occurs when the log fails to flush to the database, and that only occurs when someone has failed to do backups and/or has a stale snapshot.

the issue temporarly solved by installing another TS.

reinstalled and configured the TS server myself
