Hello,
I have a requirement, since we use Mac's & GAL is not available in Mac contacts.
We need to have all our company users to be available as contacts to all users.

Can anyone please suggest how to make it possible?
Is there a way to make all Mailboxes as contacts & then share them, so that users can access them?
Regards,
A

Okay.
I think i need to put something so the answer can be accepted.

We know Mac machine will not work with Office 365. This is limitation from Microsoft and they think there don't have enough demand.

So, LDAP will only work with Active Directory, Assuming if your Office 365 have a AADConnect installation/configuration.

So you have a pure Office 365 and Mac machine, so your LDAP will not work with Office 365 directly.  Office 365 do not have LDAP natively.
What Microsoft have is another product called Azure Active Domain Directory Service (AADDS preview).
it cost money, need a wildcard certificate (only work on wildcard), and you can enable LDAPS.  but whether this worth it or not, then it really depends.
