Best training for Cisco ASA with FirePower? Anything free?

Obviously nothing beats hands on but I am going from an Extreme/Palo Alto network to ALL Cisco and FirePower/SourceFire so hardware will probably not be able to get real "hands-on" until I get there. Any suggestions for training, etc. Preferably cheap/free but I will take ALL suggestions!

Thanks!

Check out labminutes.com, they are fairly cheap compared to others.
The only free option that I know is the configuration guide from Cisco.

Vote#2 for labminutes If you're lucky enough to work for a Cisco Partner, even though they've stopped the PEC (Partner Education Central.) You can still get the 'voice of the Engineer' stuff if you search for it.

Fortunately I get to play with the gear so I get to learn on the job, but I document most stuff on my website if you just need basic walkthroughs etc. (just use the search).

Personally I dislike Cisco documentation, it (like all vendors) tries to be 'all things to all men' I prefer the Juniper way of doing things (having KB articles for common tasks to save you reading a 2000 page pdf to find one command :)

If I have a problem and Google it, I skip all the cisco.com links and start at peoples blogs! I have no patience!

Good Luck

Pete

Totally agree! Labminutes seems more Cisco focused and up to date than Pluralsight or like training websites! Google is my most knowledgeable work partner!
