What makes photo move when figcaption comes up?

http://www.goodlowsodiumfoods.com/responsive/  near the top of the page, there are three photos of food, and when you hover over each one, a figcaption appears.

Client doesn't like that the photo moves up when the caption scrolls up. I can't figure out what code is doing that. Can you help?

Remove from main.css

.no-touch .mask figure:hover img,
.mask figure.cs-hover img {
	-webkit-transform: translateY(-30px);
	-moz-transform: translateY(-30px);
