"An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" on ASP.NET website

When users try to access reports on our webiste they receive that error above. Those reports are located on another SQL server.

I don't have a lot of knowledge about web developing, database, or programing. I appreciate your assistance.
I've attached more of what the error says.

How long does it take to generate the report? I'm not sure, however it may be that the query execution time exceeds the response timeout.

Check how much time the query is taking? If it is taking more time then ask your SQL guy to fix it.

We went a different route.

1. We found that the cert in the database had experied. We renewed it
2. Then we had to update the cert in the ssrs Reporting Services Configuration Manager...we experienced some problems here. Long story short make sure the cert is correct.
