I want to know the steps to Upgrade vcsa , esxi and firmware.

Well firmware of your host server, is based on the vendor make and model of server. So you'll have to tell us that, but usually you insert the CDROM/DVDROM into the Server, boot it from the media, and run the Firmware Update. - Yes this does involve shutting down ESXi and VMs.

Order of upgrade should be firmware, vcsa and then ESXi.
