1. Check if the processes have exactly the same name. They may be different processes.
2. Check that you are not reopening Dreamweaver over and over. Restart and be sure to use just one occurrence. Does that help.
3. Can you put more memory in your machine (say 16 GB)?

1-Yes, they have the same name.

2-I have closed and reopened several times.

3-No,i can't add more RAM,i have 8G ,and it is 4G free, but cpu load is high and pc fan work continuously.
Something wrong.

8GB with 4GB free is fine. CPU should run <5% more than 95% of the time. I do not know Dreamweaver that well, and if you deem it to be operating properly, you may need a more powerful box with an i7 CPU and SSD drive.
At my situation CPU is around 20%,and my CPU is i7.
20% constantly is OK just barely. Unless you are actively editing or using the program, less than 5 or 6% is more desirable.
But i didn't take the answer for my question, why several DreamweaverHelper.exe is running?
I asked if you are opening more than one Dreamweaver occurrence. Are you opening multiple Windows. If not, uninstall Dreamweaver, restart and reinstall it.
uninstall Dreamweaver, restart and reinstall it

I did it,it is not the solution.
Try the following:  Make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account, and test Dreamweaver in the new Windows Account.

Does it work properly?
Please see this thread in adobe:

You think that this problem is from my system, while lot of people had it,so your solution must on be on Dreamweaver cc 2015,another ways are not the right solution.
I assumed from your first post that it was not a Dreamweaver problem, but your system. That is how it was first posed.

Now above, it looks like a Dreamweaver issue and I have no experience with that.
