Can any one please help me in that error?

The Dell Latitude ON program is not activated. To activate the program, restart your computer and run the Dell Latitute ON setup tool.

When you are booted in Windows, press the ON reader button and a menu should pop up.

See if that does anything.

Also, make sure you are on the latest BIOS.

Look on the machine next to the power button.  The ON reader should be a little rectangular button that looks like the "infinity" symbol that is flat on the left hand side.

Good news is that I am in the windows now. There are two buttons. One is small square one and the other is the one next to it. Its a straight long button. I was keep pressing that long one but this time I press the small round button. It tooks a little bit time showing message some thing like updating bios but now I am in. I dont know the difference between these two button.

That's weird.  The link works for me.

Anyways, go to Dell's website.  www.dell.com they go to support and drivers.  Enter in your model and that should get you there.

Glad you're finally in.  Yeah, I don't know the exact difference in the buttons either.

Update all the drivers it needs but still don't know the secret between these two buttons. I am using the small square one.
