Dell E4300

When you are booted in Windows, press the ON reader button and a menu should pop up.

See if that does anything.

Also, make sure you are on the latest BIOS.

It just stop on this screen. I looked on the keyboard but I cant find that ON reader button. Also tried to press F2 and enter into setup but nothing happen. It boots and stop on this screen.

Look on the machine next to the power button.  The ON reader should be a little rectangular button that looks like the "infinity" symbol that is flat on the left hand side.

Good news is that I am in the windows now. There are two buttons. One is small square one and the other is the one next to it. Its a straight long button. I was keep pressing that long one but this time I press the small round button. It tooks a little bit time showing message some thing like updating bios but now I am in. I dont know the difference between these two button.

When I press the link you provided it opens the page and then quickly it close that page. I dont know how to check the latest BIOS?

Update all the drivers it needs but still don't know the secret between these two buttons. I am using the small square one.
