Can any one please help me in that error?

Look on the machine next to the power button. The ON reader should be a little rectangular button that looks like the "infinity" symbol that is flat on the left hand side.

Good news is that I am in the windows now. There are two buttons. One is small square one and the other is the one next to it. Its a straight long button. I was keep pressing that long one but this time I press the small round button. It tooks a little bit time showing message some thing like updating bios but now I am in. I dont know the difference between these two button.

When I press the link you provided it opens the page and then quickly it close that page. I dont know how to check the latest BIOS?

Update all the drivers it needs but still don't know the secret between these two buttons. I am using the small square one.
See if that does anything.
Also, make sure you are on the latest BIOS.
