Issue with exchange email not showing up on iphone 6

We have a strange issue going on with exchange 2013 and iPhone 6
When opening emails, you see the emails in the inbox but when clicking on them you don't see anything but a blank screen..
Anyone come across this before and what we need to do?

Hi,

is this a new user, and has this happened before?
Can you try something basic, like recreate profile on iphone or maybe install Outlook for iOS, and try?

Does the issue occur with other iOS (or Android) devices or is it isolated to the one device?

The issue is a know issue from Apple with iOS 10 and emails not being displayed
